Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from order placed, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, please email shop@malbon.com to start return. Note, all clearance, archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Swigolf does not offer exchanges. Return only for refund or store credit. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns requesting a refund. No fee is charged if store credit is selected.
Purchases made on the Swigolf ecommerce sites may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days from order placed if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All sale items from Online sales and archive sale are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please include the original packing note. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund, no exchanges (minus shipping costs). Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit. If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
International Shipments
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Swigolf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
